About the role –

We’re looking for a creative and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in enriching the lives of our residents through meaningful engagement, tailored activities, and a warm, inclusive atmosphere.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering a varied programme of activities that reflect residents’ interests and abilities
  • Encouraging participation and fostering a sense of community and wellbeing
  • Liaising with residents, families, and staff to ensure activities are inclusive and person-centred
  • Organising events, outings, and themed days
  • Supporting residents with hobbies, reminiscence sessions, and gentle physical activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and feedback on resident engagement
  • Ensuring all activities are conducted safely and in line with care standards

About you –
