A leading care provider is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator in Bishop’s Stortford to create and manage engaging activities for residents. This role involves planning a variety of enjoyable exercises, promoting independence, and ensuring a warm atmosphere. As our Activities Co-ordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the home, designing and delivering a varied, exciting programme of activities that keeps residents engaged, active, and feeling their best. From arts and crafts to music, quizzes, celebrations, and one-to-one sessions, you’ll create experiences that promote independence, choice, and wellbeing.
You’re creative, organised, and naturally good with people. You understand what makes older people smile and feel included, and you’re confident adapting activities to suit different interests and abilities.
