A leading consumer goods company is seeking an individual to drive shopper activation through strategic planning and collaboration. The successful candidate will understand shopper barriers and key trends, manage budgets effectively, and create tailored plans for specific customers. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication are crucial for engaging with stakeholders and achieving defined metrics. This role is pivotal in ensuring brand success in-store and online.
Soft drinks is an exciting, fast paced and always evolving category. At CCEP we already have some of the biggest brands in soft drinks and we continue to bring new brands and innovation to market offering choice and value to shoppers and our customers. The Customer Activation team are key to driving the brand portfolio through best in class activation in stores and online. Understanding the brand objectives and shopper insights enables our Activation Team to identify the right solution to grow penetration, frequency, or spend per trip as required. Keeping the budget under control and assigning spend to the right brands, packs and moments is key to ensuring we deliver the plan maximise ROI. Customer Activation Team are ultimately accountable for defining and delivering the end to end shopper activation within our Customers. Also working collaboratively with other Commercial Development teams, Sales, The Coca-Cola Company and of course our Customers is key to delivering great execution.
To be successful in this role you need to demonstrate excellent planning and influencing skills; analytical and data processing; great communication, both verbal and written, and be confident in communicating with key stakeholders and customers. Experience gained from working within a customer facing role is preferred.
