An independent UK-based acoustic consultancy, well-regarded for its work in building acoustics, environmental noise, and sound insulation testing, is seeking to appoint a Junior or Intermediate Acoustic Consultant. With a reputation for delivering practical, client-focused solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, this consultancy combines technical expertise with a supportive, people-first culture.

Assisting with environmental and building acoustics assessments
Preparing clear, accurate technical reports
Supporting senior consultants on projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
Attending site visits and liaising with clients, contractors, and project teams
Carrying out sound insulation testing (training provided if not experienced)
1+ years’ experience working as an Acoustic Consultant undertaking site visits
Degree in Acoustics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline (or relevant industry experience)
Full UK driving licence (essential for site work)
Experience in sound insulation testing is beneficial but not essential
