We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Administrator. In this key finance role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to‑day cash allocations to customer accounts for the business. The Impact you'll have:

As part of our Shared Service team, you will be responsible for supporting key finance processes, providing a high‑quality internal and external service. Ensuring Bert that cash received into HSS ProService FSSC is allocated accurately and timely by matching receipts to customer remits, to prevent customer disputes regarding cash allocations.

A typical day:
  • Receiving and applying payments from customers via multiple methods and systems
  • Validate remittances through the automated scanning system, Verify
  • Action tasks using our in‑house systems; Spanner, Open Accounts and Rimilia software.
  • Support Credit Control with customer reconciliations ledger clean‑up routines
  • Process rebates, customer refunds, write‑offs and write backs
  • Liaise with customers for receipts without remittance advices
  • Deliver performance in line with departmental KPIs and team targets.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of unmatched payments
  • Support in the financial month‑end process including creation of bank file journals
  • Manual invoicing and crediting when required
  • Assist with any other duties required within Accounts Receivable Team
What you'll bring:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable or Shared Service function
  • Experienced Accounts Receivable Admin managing multi accounts and multi‑disciplined functions
  • Experience working in a high-volume transactional department
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS office applications is essential
  • Strong analytical & IT skills and confident in problem solving
  • Excellent customer service maintaining active communication both within your team and other departments
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Focused: commits to challenging goals and delivers consistently
