Job description

Job Location: Dhaka (and Project Offices as assigned)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain accurate accounting entries using Excel, ERP, and TALLY
  • Manage petty cash
  • Verify income, deposits, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Review and validate documents related to project accounts
  • Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile financial records with TALLY
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and updated
  • Receive payments from students/patients and ensure daily bank deposits
  • Operate and manage all finance and accounts-related activities
  • Handle cheque processing in accordance with organizational policies
  • Prepare debit, credit, and journal vouchers
  • Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements
  • Prepare and monitor monthly/yearly budgets and analyze variances
  • Prepare and verify bills in compliance with VDS, TDS, quotation, and CS policies
  • Prepare quarterly financial reports and variance analysis
  • Assist in annual audits and maintain financial files and records
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the CFO/CEO, Prime Bank Foundation, Head of organization.
