Job description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, audit reports and annual financial statements in accordance with IAS/IFRS and company policy.
• Monitor daily financial transactions, including vouchers, party, ledgers, cash book, and Bank book maintenance.
• Manage Tax, VAT, and Customs-related compliance and documentation as per Bangladesh laws.
• Assist in product costing, inventory valuation, and budget preparation for the factory.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure strict financial discipline across the department.
• Supervise accounts staff and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting software/ERP.
• Prepare management reports regarding cash flow, fund management, and financial position.
• Submit reports as mandated by management.
