A growing accountancy practice in Salisbury seeks an Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team. The role involves supporting accountancy services, preparing accounts, and liaising with clients. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in an accounting practice and be confident in professional interactions. AAT Level 3 or 4 qualification is preferred, along with a proactive attitude. This position offers opportunities for career progression and a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000.

As an Accounts Assistant, you'll play a key role within a dynamic and supportive team, helping deliver high-quality services to a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors. You’ll work closely with the Client Manager and the wider team, supporting the delivery of accountancy services including preparing accounts, liaising with clients, and assisting with day-to-day tasks that keep the practice running smoothly.
