NC Associates is partnering with a leading FMCG business. They’re looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their finance team on a 12-month FTC. This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a busy ledger function in a company where your work genuinely keeps the business moving.

The Role

This is a hands‑on, full‑time role where you’ll be managing supplier accounts, processing invoices, and making sure payments go out accurately and on time. You’ll be working closely with a supportive finance team, helping with reconciliations, month‑end processes, and generally keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely supplier payments.
  • Reconcile purchase ledger accounts and chase any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Be a proactive part of a busy, fast‑moving finance team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in an accounts role team.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting systems
  • Confident Excel skills (think pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without drama.
  • Strong communication skills—friendly but professional.
