Overview

We are working with a reputable, successful company based in Wakefield who are looking for an ambitious accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a medium sized company and develop within accounts. You will report to the finance manager and eventually have the opportunity to be involved in more duties across accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Bank, accounts and credit reconciliations
  • Matching and coding invoices
  • BACs payments
  • Uploading high volume invoices onto system
  • Supplier statements and reconciliation
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Multi-currency invoices
  • Other ad-hoc duties
