Description
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks related to Accounts Payable.
  • Maintain organised records of financial documents for auditing purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address invoice queries and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Provide support for ad hoc tasks within the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role within Accounting & Finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
