Job summary

A well-established manufacturing business located in Portadown is looking for a finance professional to join their team. The role involves processing invoices, performing bank reconciliations, and supporting month-end tasks. Candidates should have experience in finance or an accounts role, be detail-oriented, and preferably AAT qualified. This is an exciting opportunity within a scaling business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance or accounts role, ideally within manufacturing.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident using accounting software and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• AAT qualified or currently studying towards an accounting qualification.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date cash records.
• Support the finance team with month-end tasks, including journal entries.
• Assist with tracking inventory costs and liaising with production on stock movements.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment queries.
