Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role is essential.
  • Experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Studying towards AAT is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the sales and purchase ledgers.
  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support month-end tasks, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Liaise with project and commercial teams to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Maintain organised financial records and documentation.
  • Help monitor costs and highlight discrepancies where necessary.
  • Provide general support to the Finance Department as required.
