Reports To: Finance Director

The Couture Club are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant. An Accounts Assistant that has a wealth of experience in debits, credits, invoices, and reconciliations; likes structure, routine and knowing exactly what their job is.

Handling the daily finance; invoicing, reconciliations, keeping everything neat, accurate, and ready for the Management Accountant to take over at month-end.

Key responsibilities and duties
  • Management of Accounts Inbox, liaising with customers and suppliers.
  • Raise sales invoices, investigate and resolve queries. Credit control duties where required
  • Matching purchase invoices to POs, processing and raising disputes where necessary
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assisting with various month end tasks, including prepayments and accruals.
