The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our client. This position involves managing accounts payable, performing data entry, and utilising various accounting software to ensure accurate financial records.

Duties
  • Assist in the management of accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Utilise accounting software for various financial transactions and reporting.
  • Support the finance team in preparing financial statements and reports as required.
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal departments.
  • Maintain organised records of financial transactions and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency within the finance department.
Requirements
