Duties & Responsibilities
As Accounts Assistant, you will:

  • Accurately process supplier invoices and payments in line with company policy.

  • Reconcile purchase orders, supplier balances, and credit card transactions.

  • Maintain multi-currency bank accounts and support regular reconciliations.

  • Manage petty cash and update the company cashbook.

  • Assist with month-end, VAT returns, and year-end reporting processes.

What Experience is Required

  • AAT qualification with strong numerical accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Sage and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
