About this role

We're looking for a sharp, motivated Accounting Associate Manager to lead and mentor a small team responsible for all financial accounting and reporting for our Israel operations. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting skills and a passion for leading teams and driving process improvements. You'll be a key player in our global finance transformation, bringing critical thinking and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to your work.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

• Lead all month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting, and preparing / reviewing the monthly P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Oversee and improve balance sheet reconciliations, manage statutory financial statements, and act as a key liaison for internal and external audits.
• Mentor and develop a small accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to management by investigating variances and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Drive process optimization and efficiency gains by using data and reporting tools, contributing to our broader finance transformation initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless, accurate reporting and compliance.

What will you bring to the table

• A qualified accountant with extensive experience in finance, including a track record of leading teams and managing complex financial cycles.
• Expertise in GAAP / IFRS and experience with major ERP systems like SAP, Workday, or Oracle.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools such as Excel and Google Sheets, and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Hebrew is required.
