A charitable organization that supports adults with learning disabilities is seeking a senior finance professional to manage financial records related to rental income and service charges. The ideal candidate will have a professional accounting qualification and relevant experience, including managing housing rent and service charges. This home-based role requires occasional travel to various locations. The organization offers benefits such as life cover, a pension contribution, and 25 days of annual leave.
Remote based. The role is home‑based but you will be expected to travel to the Trust’s communities and other relevant locations on occasion.
The Trust is currently undertaking a root and branch review of rent and service charges and this role is pivotal in supporting the development of a revised rent and service charge model for the Charity, providing expertise in this area of our activities.
