A respected firm of chartered accountants in Canterbury seeks an Accountancy Practice Director. This senior leadership role offers flexibility and is designed around the candidate's strengths and aspirations. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in a practice setting.
  • Previous experience as Manager or Senior Manager or Partner.
  • Experience in client management and business development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a varied client portfolio.
  • Provide high level technical support across accounts and tax.
  • Take an active role in business development.
  • Play a central role in the firms strategic planning.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Support and mentor the wider team.
  • Contribute to the senior leadership team.
