A lecturer is required to deliver Accounting (AAT level 4) at the City of Newport campus to include teaching the Level 4 Professional Diploma in Accounting qualification.

Qualified to at least level 4 in accounting or a relevant specialist subject area, for example, a Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies (CCAB) qualification - CIPFA, ICAEW, CIMA, ICAS, CAI or ACCA.

Responsibilities

You will be required to undertake a range of teaching activities and to contribute effectively to team working.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should hold a teaching qualification or be prepared to obtain one within a specified time scale.

Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favourably than applications submitted in English.

Lecturing posts will require a teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE) or the willingness to attain one with a specified period of time. This will be a requirement under your contract of employment and EWC registration.
