Reed FE are working with a College in Swansea andare seeking a professional Accountancy Assessor to join the team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial for reviewing the progress of learners enrolled in our Accountancy apprenticeship programme. The ideal candidate will have a professional approach, current industry knowledge, and the ability to effectively organise and communicate with key employers, learners, and the Accountancy lecturing team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct timely and regular progress reviews with learners, monitoring their attendance and progress against targets within their apprenticeship programme.
  • Report and coordinate the communication of learner progress between the Accountancy team, apprentices, and their employers.
  • Work with external employers to maintain and develop professional relationships, ensuring that our Accountancy provision meets their training needs.
  • Collaborate within the team to develop existing and new programs.
  • Liaise with industry customers to maintain and build relationships and to secure contracts with existing and new organisations.
  • Correspond with employers to provide information on courses and training and assist Internal Verifiers to ensure compliance with External Verifiers and awarding bodies' requirements.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all business customers and learners.
