Overview

Fabulous opportunity to join this progressive Fine Art Publishing company in Milton Keynes as an Artist Programme Manager. They are seeking a highly organised individual to support the Creative Director in both the day-to-day management of artist relationships and to support the growth of artists' brands.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day artist liaison, including communication, stock planning and artist development.
• Support the Creative Director with the management of artist relationships and growth of artists' brands.
• Balance creative direction with relationship building and an eye for numbers, using data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel to galleries as required (driving licence and regular travel; expenses covered) and commute to HQ in Milton Keynes (2-3 days per week).
• Occasional events support on weekends as needed.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Driving license with ability to travel to galleries regularly (expenses paid) and commute to HQ in Milton Keynes (2-3 days/wk).
• Fine Art passion.
• Excellent communication skills and organisational ability.
• Relevant experience (minimum 2 years) including admin & IT ability, account management, project management, merchandising and relationship management.
• Ability to balance creative direction with relationship building and data-driven insights.
