Our client, an integrated healthcare and medical communications agency, is looking for an Account Manager for their medical communications team. The agency is based in central London offices overlooking the river Thames, with a hybrid working setup. It is known to be super friendly, sociable, and focused on employee training and development.

The Account Manager Role

You will work within their exciting medical communications team on a range of healthcare projects and accounts, collaborating with top pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. Your responsibilities will include providing clients with effective counsel, managing challenging briefs, handling issues, and ensuring quality service. You will also recommend innovative and strategic solutions, set and manage budgets, and advocate for the agency in new business opportunities, including pitches.

Requirements
  • Experience in healthcare/medical communications agency up to at least senior account executive level
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in managing project finances and tracking budgets
  • Adaptability to new therapy areas, projects, and accounts
  • A passion for healthcare and making a difference through communications
