What you'll be doing
  • Managing and growing relationships with key customer accounts in Germany.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries, escalations, and solution delivery.

  • Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborating with sales teams on growth initiatives.
  • Leading account reviews, managing contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for
  • Fluent German speaker - essential, as you'll be managing German customer relationships.
  • Strong background in Account Management / Customer Success, ideally within software, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities while building trusted, long-term customer partnerships.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
