Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, highly customer centric and engaging Account Manager to join a successful, well-established and market-leading international business. This is a mobile position to cover the local area, with your home as your base. This would be classed as a remote / hybrid role, with the reporting office being Wednesbury. The business has an immediate opening to add to their customer account management team as a result of growth and new business wins. Responsibilities
  • Support the customer services, sales and account management teams to ensure each client account is managed professionally and every opportunity to add value and upsell is maximised.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers based on trust and delivering what you say you will; provide an outstanding level of customer service to retain the customer base and optimise sales opportunities.
  • Engage with multiple internal stakeholders across departments such as sales, account management, customer services, stores, operations and logistics.
  • Demonstrate energy, resilience and a positive, pragmatic, hands-on approach to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Balance multiple priorities while keeping the customer at the heart of all actions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in a customer service driven environment with emphasis on key account management and sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Highly organised, methodical, process-driven with excellent attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware and highly analytical with strong listening abilities.
  • Degree educated in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field is desirable but not essential.
