They’re looking for a driven, organised and commercially minded Account Manager to join their team in the Netherlands. The role will focus on managing key client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the agency’s continued growth across the EMEA region.

Job Role
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their key point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Identify, develop, and follow up on new commercial opportunities across existing and new accounts
  • Manage client expectations throughout all stages of project delivery — from brief to completion
  • Collaborate with design, project management, and production teams to ensure high-quality, on-budget, and on-time project execution
  • Translate client needs into strategic, creative proposals that reflect the agency’s values and capabilities
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and timelines while supporting business unit profitability
  • Monitor account performance, financial targets, and KPIs, providing regular progress reports
  • Support senior leadership in delivering the wider business development strategy across EMEA
