Responsibilities

• Managing and filling job orders.
• Managing various job boards and databases.
• Maintain field employees notes and status.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Daily cold calls to jobsites and offices.
• Generate sales and/or new business from customer job openings.
• Weekly project check ins on all field employees.
• Identify future hiring needs.
• Interview applicants.

Compensation: $63,126.00 - $70,726.00 per year
