Overview

Account Manager position with Vision Plus. This is an exciting time to join an expanding team in an additional role.

Vision Plus UK is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-performance television antennas and associated products, specifically designed for the caravan, motorhome, and marine markets. Trading since 1986, the company has grown to become a market leader in mobile TV reception solutions across the UK and internationally. The ideal candidate will enjoy learning about a technical product and, if you’re interested in motorhomes / caravans, it’ll be a bonus.

Typical week (Account Management)

This schedule may change with the seasons. There is some travel involved:

  • Monday: Kick off the week with internal catchups, review performance against sales targets, ensure your pipeline is updated, check your travel plan, and liaise with the marketing team about upcoming campaigns.
  • Tuesday – Thursday: On the road visiting key accounts (some planned, some drop-ins). You will update the CRM with key notes as you go. Induction will guide which clients expect visits.
  • Friday: Return to the office or work from home. Prepare weekly progress reports and sales forecast, follow up on admin or customer requests, reflect on wins and challenges with other account managers, and wrap up with final calls or emails.

There will be a mixture of responsibilities including new business development, strengthening existing relationships, reporting, sales strategy/planning, and conducting training and demo sessions.

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder with natural curiosity to understand customers.
