A fast-growing SaaS provider is seeking an Account Manager to establish and shape the Account Management function. In this remote position (North of England), you will build long-term partnerships with key customers, lead customer review sessions, uncover upsell opportunities, and oversee renewals to reduce churn. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of account management experience in relevant sectors, demonstrating success in managing high-value accounts. A competitive salary of up to £55k plus a commission bonus is on offer.
