About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially-minded Account Manager to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be the face of StraightIn for new clients responsible for onboarding, campaign strategy, execution, and ultimately driving performance.
The 3 core pillars of your role are: Your focus will be on three core pillars:
Performance - Campaign results and lead generation
Retention - Building long-term, trusted client relationships
Renewals - Driving client satisfaction and upselling based on success
With our exclusively internal progression structure - this position has been the starting point for all of our operations team (who are in charge of delivering our core lead generation services for our clients) and the beginning of the successful careers of our Head of Operations and team managers!
Onboard new clients with structured briefings and expectation setting
Develop and implement tailored LinkedIn lead generation strategies
Write compelling outreach copy and align messaging to client goals
Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust tactics for better ROI
Regularly communicate results and insights to clients via calls and reports
Identify opportunities to improve retention, upsell services, and secure renewals
Collaborate with our internal operations team to ensure seamless delivery
Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for each client

We’re looking for someone sharp, proactive, and client-centric. You should be as comfortable analysing results as you are presenting them.
You’ll thrive if you have:
2+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Account Management, Customer Success, Digital Marketing, or Sales)
A proven track record of managing B2B clients and delivering measurable results
Outstanding communication and copywriting skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to pivot quickly based on campaign data and gut feel
A knack for building strong client relationships
Experience in LinkedIn marketing or B2B lead generation (a strong plus)
