Responsibilities
  • Trusted point of contact for customers and suppliers
  • Active consulting, support, and development of customers from inside sales
  • Preparation, follow-up, and processing of offers and orders
  • Close collaboration with technical teams and field sales in shaping the sales strategy
  • Cooperation with international suppliers and logistics colleagues
  • Project management and process optimization
What you bring
  • Strong English communication skills
  • At least 3 years of successful inside sales experience
  • Strong technical affinity and passion for sales
  • Skilled negotiator with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • High sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and team spirit
  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a comparable commercial education
  • Proven success in sales and new customer acquisition
  • Strong market and industry knowledge (ideally electronics industry)
  • Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office / common IT tools, including AI tools
