Why join?

You'll be joining a friendly, ambitious team where your contribution genuinely matters. In return, you'll receive:

  • Competitive salary with on-target earnings
  • Pension scheme and private healthcare
  • 25 days' holiday plus Christmas shutdown
  • Hybrid working across Didcot HQ, London office, and home
  • Mobile technology to support you in the role
The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be a key part of the company's growth. You'll manage inbound enquiries, develop existing client relationships, and help turn opportunities into long‑term partnerships. This is a target‑driven role, but one where quality of service and customer experience come first.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
  • Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Arranging and leading client meetings, in person and online
  • Qualifying leads and maintaining accurate CRM data (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Supporting the sales team with proposals and admin
  • Keeping an eye on market trends to identify new opportunities
  • Managing accounts to maximise revenue and repeat business
About you

You’ll be motivated, organised, and confident communicating with clients. You don't need to be an AV expert, but you should be curious about technology and comfortable learning new products.

  • Proven experience in account management
  • Confident presenting ideas and solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Comfortable using Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Experience within AV or UC is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Experience with lead generation, social media, or website optimisation would also be beneficial

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career within a forward‑thinking, growing business where collaboration and innovation are genuinely valued.
