A leading equipment rental provider in London is looking for a passionate Film and TV account manager to join their team. In this role, you will manage relationships with production teams and handle accounts from inquiry to invoice. You will ensure accurate booking and workflow management using RT Pro. Due to team expansion, we are currently seeking a passionate and detailed-oriented Film and TV account manager to join our rental team.
In the role, you will be tasked with managing and establishing strong relationships with production teams and production crews. It will be required that you develop a unique understanding of the customer’s needs and interpret them correctly throughout the life of the project, handling the account from first enquiry to invoice.
Core Responsibilities
Working hours: Monday to Friday 0830 to 1730 with 1 Saturday morning per month 0800-1200 on a rota basis as and when workload dictates in busy periods
