Account Manager - Facilities Management
Location: Laindon, Essex (Hybrid: office & WFH)
Salary: Up to £40,000 + benefits
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with main clients, acting as their trusted point of contact
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Handle contract renewals and identify opportunities
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth job delivery
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain high service standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management (facilities management sector preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good organisational and contract management ability
- Confident working with subcontractors and internal teams
- Detail-focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
