Account Manager - Government & NPSA Sector | £50,000-£70,000 + car, bonus, and benefits | Southeast | Permanent

A leading organisation in the security access control sector is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive strategic growth across Government, NPSA, and Critical National Infrastructure clients. This field-based role offers the opportunity to shape national resilience through tailored solutions and long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships across the sector
  • Deliver quarterly financial targets and maintain core performance metrics
  • Coordinate specifications, design, and pricing to meet client requirements
  • Lead deal negotiation and closure with favourable commercial outcomes
  • Support post-sale client care, including maintenance contract sales
  • Represent the organisation at trade shows and client site visits
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and contribute to team collaboration
About You

You will bring proven experience in public sector account management, ideally within high-security environments. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and deliver tailored solutions will be key to success. A strong understanding of security technologies and a proactive approach to business development are essential.
