How you will make a difference

As an Account Growth Manager (AM), you will be a key driver of growth, responsible for expanding revenue within your accounts and uncovering new opportunities. This role goes beyond managing existing business - it’s about identifying untapped potential, reactivating dormant accounts, and strategically upselling to maximise client value.

You will be the face of Safeguard to your portfolio, managing senior stakeholder relationships, introducing new services, and aligning with clients’ growth strategies. Internally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, accurate forecasting, and timely performance reporting.

Your impact will be measured not just by the strength of your relationships, but by your ability to convert them into sustained, scalable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver revenue growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly account targets, turning goals into tangible results.
  • Hunt within existing accounts: Explore existing accounts, uncover whitespace, and expand relationships strategically.
  • Reignite dormant accounts: Converting them into high-value, revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Build trusted relationships: Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders (C-Level, HR, and People Leaders) fostering loyalty and impact.
  • Spot expansion opportunities: Identify new territories and align Safeguard Global with client growth strategies.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts: Keep forecasts accurate and growth potential visible at all times.
  • Lead growth reviews: Celebrate successes, set ambitious goals, and drive future-focused strategies.
  • Run high-impact meetings: Align on KPIs, initiatives, and actionable sales plans with clarity and purpose.
  • Streamline execution: Design tailored workflows to keep internal and external teams coordinated.
  • Resolve challenges swiftly: Collaborate with the right experts to maintain momentum and exceed expectations.
  • Champion clear communication: Ensure flawless delivery across teams and time zones through clear, proactive updates.
