You will ensure superior client service at renewal stages, identify opportunities for client growth, and collaborate with specialist teams.   • Lead and manage relationships across a portfolio of UK mid-market clients ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and risk landscape.
  • Ensure excellent client service at renewal stage and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Identify a clients risk management objective and advise upon changes in perceived risk exposure.
  • Agree and implement a client service plan and annual timetable of visits appropriate to the size and complexity of the client to build commitment develop relationships and review our performance.
  • Oversee and manage the renewal process ensuring deadlines accuracy and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with Locktons specialist teams bringing additional expertise to meet the specific needs of mid-market clients whenrequired.
