Sales helps our prospective customers and active customers to fully experience our Global HR Platform! We respond to incoming queries and help customers understand how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs. This is an exciting opportunity to build out Remote’s name, reputation, and Global Payroll platform for either the UKI or DACH market as an Account Executive. This is a pure hunting role driving net new business for Remote.

What you bring
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or related SaaS sales experience preferred
  • A plus to have experience with Salesforce and exposure to sales methods like MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, and Sandler
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Self‑motivated and self‑directed; able to work independently and as an active member of the team
  • Efficient multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • In‑depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  • In‑depth knowledge of sales processes
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales quotas
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
  • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines
  • Ability to build trust with a client and work as an advisor
  • Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets on a monthly basis
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Experience in the HR industry a plus
  • Remote experience not required but considered a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Create 'Land' opportunity deals that include detailed notes with accurate close dates
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of volume based, high‑velocity opportunities
  • Efficiently present and deliver all information to potential clients
  • Proactively answer potential client questions and follow‑up in a prompt manner
  • Collaborate and communicate internally with key departments that support client process, experience and support
  • Close sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process
  • Meet and exceed sales quota based on role level and manage the entire sales cycle
  • Identify new opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Understand communication needs of small and mid‑size business customers, and design solutions to meet those unique needs
  • Self‑generate leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, cold calls, networking, and industry events

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide. Remote uses geo‑ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while hiring globally.

The On‑Target Earnings for this position is between $74,650 to $168,000 USD. The base salary is 50%. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job‑related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
