Our client is a leading print management company that provides impeccable service to all clients and accommodates every marketing need. They are looking for a passionate Account Executive to be based at one of their key retail client’s sites.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client and their marketing team.
- Act as the contact between the client and production.
- Understand the client’s needs and challenges and provide recommendations and tailored solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to the client and factory on project progress and status.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
- Use internal systems daily and maintain client information up to date.
- Work closely with the client and production team to plan projects, campaigns and ad hoc work.
- Provide quotes and lead times to the client and obtain purchase orders.
- Check purchase orders for accuracy and liaise with the accounts team to keep invoicing up to date.
- Provide reports such as delivery, store ordering, SLA and costing reports.
- Plan new store openings with the client’s project director and retail director.
- Plan POS installations and outwork with external suppliers.
- Explore and create new ideas and opportunities with the client to help their business grow.
- Work with the client services manager, keeping them up to date on current and future work.
- Manage store orders to ensure dispatch and on-time delivery to the agreed SLA.
- Address queries from stores and regional managers.
- Manage and prioritise workload, keeping all relevant persons up to date on project status.
- Work with the despatch team on deliveries, from individual store orders to large campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team on projects.
- Build and maintain business and client process maps.
- Provide general support to the Senior Account Manager.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in an account managing role, ideally within the print industry, POS, sign production or similar.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Microsoft Office skills are essential.
- Project management and planning skills with the ability to deliver quotes, lead times and projects on time and within the client’s budget.
- Focused and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Ability to follow and understand company and client process maps.
