Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition within a portfolio of strategic accounts. This role is exclusively focused on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new opportunities, positioning Macrobond’s market-leading economic and financial data solutions to meet the needs of investment professionals, government institutions, and corporate clients.

This is a pivotal role for Macrobond as we expand our presence in the Continental Europe, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to our growth and success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively target and acquire new clients by identifying market trends and key industry opportunities. Present Macrobond’s platform capabilities to prospects, demonstrating the value of our integrated data and analysis tools.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate closely with customer success and support teams to maintain and grow client accounts.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan that aligns with Macrobond’s global strategy. Leverage market intelligence to identify opportunities in specific sectors, regions, or themes that align with Macrobond’s data offerings.
  • Understand client challenges and requirements to offer tailored solutions using Macrobond’s data products, including API integrations and automated workflows. Provide demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and support in closing deals.
  • Work alongside the marketing, product, and research teams to ensure clients have access to Macrobond’s chart packs, thematic analysis, and weekly market insights.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Hands‑on strategic B2B sales experience, preferably within SaaS and financial services.
  • Experience in selling into Continental Europe.
  • Experienced, proactive and strategic solutions sales professional with a track record of success selling software or data driven solutions to the investment community, ideally, economists, analysts and strategist from banks and asset owners and managers.
  • Track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals.
  • Excellent networking ability.

  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with disparate international teams, as well as work independently.
  • Ability to manage priorities and effectively time manage with flexible approach.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
