Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join our rapidly growing field team in London. Your primary responsibility will be to generate in-store sales and contribute to brand awareness and retail sales to influence Sunday Riley’s in-store success. You will have full ownership of sales performance, ATV / AUS growth, personal development and growth of the customer database by providing excellent & exceptional customer service.

Your main areas of focus will be to :
  • To deliver exceptional customer service to all potential / actual customers.
  • To consistently achieve and deliver the KPI targets.
  • To develop excellent in-store relationships with management / peers.
  • To know and understand sales achievements, figures and data and to have personal accountability for all deliverables.
Product Knowledge
  • To demonstrate an in depth and fluent knowledge of all the Sunday Riley products, collections, features and benefits through detailed training with the education team.
  • To have personal accountability for learning and development including own research and asking the back-office team for additional learning and questions. This includes attending all training provided and contributing to a group learning environment.
