This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of our client communications teams and lead the delivery of high calibre, multi-channel communications solutions for blue-chip clients. This can include annual reports and reviews, sustainability reports, investor relations and employee communications, online reporting centres and wider website content and communications initiatives.

The role will require you to engage with senior stakeholders and develop an intimate understanding of the client’s strategy and business model, as well as best practices and market trends in financial and non-financial reporting. Key responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Development
    • Develop knowledge of your client’s business and industries, understand their strategy and communications needs, and lead content and messaging development for key stakeholders.
    • Provide advice on best-practice reporting to drive innovative, market-leading communications solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build strong relationships with day-to-day and senior client contacts; lead meetings and calls; manage client needs; coordinate with the wider team to resolve issues.
    • Deliver exemplary client services to maintain high satisfaction and feedback; seek ways to enhance deliverables and exceed expectations.
  • Account Management
    • Manage delivery of mixed-media projects, drive deliverables and deadlines, manage resources, and prepare project documentation (plans, briefs, etc.).
    • Oversee each project stage from concept to delivery, including creative development, content, and amendments; ensure QA processes are followed.
    • Coordinate suppliers, negotiate costs, and ensure work meets quality standards.
  • Commercial Responsibility
    • Own financial aspects of accounts; implement financial processes for profitable delivery.
    • Maintain visibility of budgets with proposals, billing, purchase orders and cost reconciliations.
    • Collaborate with Client Directors to establish development plans and lead client presentations.
  • Project Team Management
    • Hold weekly project update meetings; ensure adherence to internal processes; assess resources against workloads; foster a positive, innovative team culture.
Reporting Relationships
  • Reporting to: Client Director
  • Work with: Creative, Production, Digital, Research & Strategy, and Finance teams.
Qualifications, experience & skills
  • 4+ years agency or client-side experience in marketing and communications
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
