Our client, an integrated healthcare communications agency, is looking for an Account Director to join their growing creative marketing team. You will collaborate across diverse teams including medical affairs, commercial & marketing, market access & HEOR, clinical trials, communications, advocacy, and PR. As the creative marketing team is expanding, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape the practice’s development.

If you possess solid healthcare agency experience and wish to work at the forefront of life-changing communications, this is an ideal opportunity.

(N.B. The role requires two days in their central London offices).

The Account Director:
  • Work within the creative marketing team on various projects and accounts
  • Collaborate with top pharmaceutical and healthcare clients on assigned accounts
  • Provide clients with effective counsel, promote creativity, challenge briefs, manage issues, and ensure quality service
  • Recommend innovative and strategic solutions
  • Set and manage budgets for your accounts
  • Support the agency in new business efforts, including participating in pitches
Requirements:
  • Experience in healthcare marketing/advertising agency at a senior account manager level or higher
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience in managing project finances and tracking budgets
  • Adaptability to new therapy areas, projects, and accounts
