Location: Remote / Hybrid (South Coast HQ) Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Profit Share

The Opportunity

As Account Director, you'll lead relationships with some of our most important clients — ensuring service excellence while identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

  • Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, growth, and profitability.
  • Identify and deliver cross‑sell and upsell opportunities aligned to client goals.
  • Lead performance reviews, ensuring transparency, insight, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and consistent client satisfaction.
Requirements
