Thisrolesupportsanumberofaccounts,ensuringthattheyarebothimpactfulandprofitableand,whereappropriate,growing.ThisAccountDirectorwilltakeresponsibilityforthedeliveryofclientprojects,ensuringqualityworkthatmeetsclientneedsandaddressestheirorganisationalproblemsandmustchampionthatwork.
Youwillregularlybeinvolvedwithdevelopingproposalsandpitchesfornewbusiness,approachingthesewithbothacreativeandcommercialmindset.Thereispotentialforthisroletobecomepermanent,dependingonbusinessneedsandthefuturestructureoftheteam.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillreceiveafullhandoverandplayakeyroleinmaintainingcontinuityanddeliveringresultsduringthisperiod.

Managingthedeliveryofclientprojects-managingandrunningtheprocessfrominceptiontodelivery–beingaccountablefordevelopingthework,presentingandsellingthiseffectivelytoclients,throughtothefinal,agreeddeliverables.
Leadingtheday-to-dayclientrelationshipIndoingso,insupportoftheoverallclientlead,andindoingsoensuringtheprofitability,growthandimpactofclientaccounts.
Takingastrategicapproachtounderstandingourclients’needs,interrogatingtheclientbriefs(bychallengingandaskingquestions)todevelopbriefsthatmeetbusinessneedsinaneffectiveandaccountableway.
Understandthewidercontextofwhereourworkcanaddvalueandhowtocreatebiggeropportunitiesforourclients.
