Overview

Account Director • Location: Hybrid - 2 days in our office, 3 days remote • Type: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours/week) • Salary: £60,000 + car allowance + commission (OTE)

Responsibilities
  • Build long-term, profitable partnerships with clients through a consultative approach
  • Smash sales targets (we know you\'ve got it in you)
  • Own your pipeline and plan like a pro
  • Create and deliver strategic plans for your market sectors
  • Team up with your Account Manager to review feedback and keep clients happy
  • Jump into virtual and in-person meetings with clients
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to drive CIM\'s strategy
  • Work closely with Course Directors to ensure our solutions hit the mark
