The role of Account Development Executive
As Account Development Executive you will account manage around 100 companies across EMEA who subscribe to a leading global platform which provides marketers with digitaltrends, insights, guidance and expertise.
You will help them to get the most out of the platform, provide training on how to use it where necessary and essentially ensure that they are happy, so that when they come to renew their annual subscription with you, you can secure them for another year....and perhaps increase their package.
You will be targeted on client retention and account revenue growth and so the role is very suited to a relationship builder.
