A UK higher education institution is seeking an Academic Writing Tutor to join their team in Bassetlaw. The successful candidate will develop and teach study skills across various programs, supporting students' academic writing and literacy development. Applicants should have a Master's degree and previous lecturing experience in the UK higher education sector. Salary: £51,000
Type of Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

The role: We are currently seeking full-time Study Skills Lecturers who will work in close collaboration with subject lecturers to develop and teach study skills within the curriculum across a range of HE programmes from Foundation to Masters’ Level as part of our BSU, UoS and OBU partnerships. This includes for example, improving English language and numeracy, organisational and presentation skills, digital literacy and basic IT skills, reading, writing and higher order research skills. Due to our delivery model, we require flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and at weekends. Please note this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
