Band: 7, Scale point 11 to 17

Actual Salary: £23,000 to £25,354

Working pattern: Mon to Thu 8:05am to 3:50pm, Fri 8:05am to 2:05pm

Carlton Bolling is the founding school of Carlton Academy Trust (CAT), established in 2019. The Trust now oversees three secondary schools, three primary schools, and three special schools, collectively educating nearly 5,000 students and employing almost 1,000 staff. All CAT schools are rated either Outstanding or Good by Ofsted.
