Project Finance Manager

Global PLC | South West | £60,000-£65,000 + Benefits

ACA Qualified | Ideal for Newly / Recently Qualified from a Top 10 Firm

A global, market-leading PLC is looking to appoint a Project Finance Manager to support the delivery of high-impact programmes across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly or recently qualified ACA (or equivalent) seeking a first or second move into industry, with a clear blend of finance, project management and commercial exposure.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in supporting cross-functional projects - from systems and process optimisation through to commercial initiatives and operational change. Working closely with Finance, Operations, IT and Senior Leadership, you will bring financial discipline, structure and insight to each workstream.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Finance lead on a portfolio of projects, ensuring robust financial tracking, forecasting and governance.
  • Partner with project owners to assess business cases, validate assumptions and monitor delivery against plan.
  • Provide clear reporting, commentary and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Support process improvement and controls enhancement across project lifecycles.
  • Contribute to change management, helping embed new ways of working across the Group.
About You
  • ACA qualified, ideally with training from a Top 10 accountancy firm.
  • Either:
    - Experience working in a project-driven environment, or
    - A formal project management qualification (Prince2, Agile, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight.
  • Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ambitious, collaborative and excited by working in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
